About my practice
Whether you come with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, questions about identity or simply a sense that life has become difficult to carry, I offer a space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
I am a BACP-registered person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist. That means I see counselling as creating the conditions in which new understanding can emerge. My goal is to understand your experience from the inside, offering thoughtful challenge where appropriate while respecting your own pace and inner wisdom.

Many clients describe wanting somewhere they can speak openly without feeling judged, rushed or expected to have everything worked out. You need to be heard, understood and accompanied with care in order to discover a way forward.
Whether we spend time exploring longstanding patterns or recent difficulties and concerns that are hard to put into words – our work will always begin with curiosity, compassion and a genuine human relationship. I also bring an existential perspective that can help you see the big picture and find the meaning you may be looking for.
I work inclusively and affirmatively with trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, bereavement, pregnancy loss, issues of self-worth, relationship concerns, neurodiversity, men’s and women’s mental health, gender and sexual identity, life transitions, climate anxiety, identity, death awareness and purpose in life.
